Dr. Efrat Goldratt-Ashlag

Keynote Speaker,

Dr. Efrat Goldratt-Ashlag, author of Goldratt’s Rules of Flow and co-author with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt of his life philosophy book The Choice. Efrat holds a PhD. in Organizational Psychology and specializes in training, developing and building training materials to enable personal and organizational growth. Efrat is also the CEO of Goldratt1 Ltd., managing the copyrights, publication and distribution of Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt's books around the world.

Ian Larsen

Head of Operations, WiseTech Glocal

Ian joined WiseTech Global in mid-2018, initially as GM Global Software Operations managing the software engineering and product development functions, later taking responsibility for delivery and productivity across the group. Prior to joining WiseTech Ian has worked for both large and small industrials across mining, utilities and manufacturing in a 35 year career delivering technology solutions . Ian holds a Bachelor of Management Studies, Majoring in Computer Science, from the University of Waikato (NZ)

This conference is proudly organized by the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO), global not-for-profit organization. Our conference planning committee consists of experienced project managers and consultants who passionately believe that the tools of Critical Chain and TOC make great additions to a project manager’s toolkit. For 20+ years the TOCICO has organized global events bringing together practitioners, students and experts in TOC. This conference seeks to make some of that experience available to the wider project management community.
